In accordance with Clause 7.7 of the Rules we agree :
7.7.1 to be bound by the Rules.
7.7.2 to pay to the Confederation punctually any subscription or levies which become due in accordance with the Rules.
7.7.3 to observe due confidentiality, in not permitting to pass outside the membership of the Confederation,
papers, documents or information issued by the Confederation, or arising from discussions at Confederation meetings.
7.7.4 to take the necessary steps to secure that all companies engaged in the industry which may from time to
time become their subsidiaries or their holding company, or another subsidiary of their holding company shall
apply for membership. "Subsidiary" and "holding company" have the meanings assigned to them by Section 736 of
the Companies Act 1985.
7.7.5 to take all reasonable steps to provide to the Confederation such statistical information about their
activities as the Council of the Special Interest Group may from time to time approve
